6  DNA Data Bank of Japan(DDBJ)

We performed a search using the keyword “Multiple Myeloma” on the DNA Data Bank of Japan(DDBJ), accessible at https://www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/index-e.html. We identified only one relevant dataset, JGAD000856, which contains single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) coupled with VDJ targeted sequencing data. Since our study focuses on transcriptome analysis, we did not utilize this dataset in our research.
